To respect both my time and my clients’ schedules, the following cancellation policy is strictly enforced: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 25-75% of the service total, depending on the service booked. • Arriving 15 minutes or more late may require your appointment to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your service. This policy allows me to provide quality service and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
